Today's WOD 07/29

Shoulder Presses 65% 1RM. 8 sets of 3 - 45 seconds rest  between sets

Then, in 12 minutes complete the following:

  • row 1000M
  • AMRAP in remaining time of: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups (hands off the ground each rep)

Core - 5 Max effort L-Holds

I can't help it that I'm one rep better than you. It's one of the benefits of going after everyone else does. I literally hit that pull-up in the last 2 secs of the WOD.
