GETTING STARTED
If you are new to CrossFit or want to check us out, you are welcome to come in and watch one of our training sessions. If you would like to give it a try, you can join us for a FREE session on Saturdays. Our classes on Saturdays are at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00. No CrossFit experience is necessary. Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts so you can fill out a waiver and warm up.
To help you get started in your CrossFit journey you are required to take our Getting Started Class (no necessary if you want to try out the class on Saturdays). This class is required for all new clients who are not experienced with CrossFit training. If you have already been Crossfitting, you can test into classes. GOLDEN MEMBERSHIP: Includes unlimited monthly training, diet and nutrition program as well as discounts on workshops and clinics. Three, six or twelve month-commitment

THREE TIMES, TWICE AND ONCE A WEEK: You pick the days. No contract required
We also offer twice a week and once a week membership options on a monthly basis. This membership will only grant you access to CF Reston.

This program is tailored for those wanting to improve their performance and get more out of their workouts as well for those seeking weight management (gain or lose weight).
KIDS PROGRAM
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to provide your kids with a safe, exciting and fun environment that will encourage them to achieve their best through physical activity.Our workouts are designed to be fun and challenging, while at the same time helping your kids to learn and develop new skills.
