Was all about technique today and each time Mehdi said good job my Crossfit tail wagged rapidly. Got a few smacks w/ the newspaper though to even things out.

85# Arms want to pull still. Movement a little more graceful. Practice.

Thanks Mehdi for all the tips with the squat cleans as well as my SUs and DUs
