12 Minute AMRAP. Teams of 2. Only 1 TM working at a time.

  • 5 Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 5 Push Presses (45#/25# DB's)

Every round the reps go up by 5 reps. Every minute on the minute both teammates stop and do 10 air squats.
