145 failed 2x @ 165. Did not get elbows under and lifted too soon.

No prior 1RM on power clean. Did 70# hang power clean July 2010 in second month of CrossFit.

Tincher: "Joe C, you working out today?"
Me: "I want to rest today."
Tincher: "It's just one lift. What's the worst thing that could happen?"
Me: (Pause) "I'd just drop the weight."

215# (4/11)
220# (2/12)
225# (F)x3

Thanks JT for the motivation.

I've jacked up my book and stuff again... I have no idea what my PR was, but today I hit 78#, which was a surprise. I had hoped for 80, but by the time I hit 83# (after starting with 33# and SLOWLY adding weight), my slow elbows just didn't cut it.
