not too bad b/c it had been over 5 hours since I ate and did not warm up...can't stand training while on duty.

My better was better, but stamina still needs
improvement.
Way to go ASK! And for the record, I hate when Mehdi's right.
This is my first time doing this Wod and it knocked the wind out if me. I stopped my rower completely for about 5 seconds during the last 3 rounds because I couldn't get my breathing right. My goal next time will be to be more consistent each round, not stop my rower, and remember to breathe.
Power, good; stamina, notsomuch.
No compare-to.
Chris, I really think your clothing vs performance studies should be chronicled in video form.
