First time with this WOD. Mental breakthrough at least - need to stay more rigid during the pulls. Had more than a few pulls go to waste because I didn't hold my back tight.

My better was better, but stamina still needs
improvement.

This is my first time doing this Wod and it knocked the wind out if me. I stopped my rower completely for about 5 seconds during the last 3 rounds because I couldn't get my breathing right. My goal next time will be to be more consistent each round, not stop my rower, and remember to breathe.
