Skill - Rope Climb
Wod - 21,15, and 9 rep rounds for time of:
- Box Jumps (30"/24")
- KB Swings (70#/53#)
- Toes2bar

24" tire (no boxes left at 5pm class)
35# kb, wasn't sure on # since this is my first workout, but need to go higher next time.

Thanks Mike for the advice on kipping the T2B to stop my swing. Shooting for heavier and faster next time.
had to 'no rep' myself on the last 3 T2B since only my right foot wanted to join in on the game...took me FOREVER to get the last 3. Sorry to all who heard my primal scream of frustration...

KB swings 'forehead high', not games standard but still stoked to step up and hang with the big boys. Jennie, nice usage of 'nor'!

There are probably more Boxes in a 5 mile radius from me than McDonalds but didnt have the time to get to one this morning. (fail)
At Orange County hotel gym.
Could not get myself to jump on the 24" box for love nor money.
20" box
44# KB
T2B as high as I could.
30" box is something else.. getting up wasn't bad, but I was always a tad scared getting back down.
But... I went out and got me a 1" dowel rod and some rope so I could start doing wrist rolls and wrist curls to build up my forearms more.
First time on the 24" box and doing T2B the entire WOD yay!
